SHIPPING
Backyard Pool Products.com ships its orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) within three business days from the time the order is received except the Pool Shot Varsity which ships by truck. Orders received after 2 p.m. eastern time are considered received the following business day. UPS shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown in the shopping cart. The delivery date may vary due to UPS shipping practices, delivery location and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Backyard Pool Products.com is operated from within the United States for customers in North America and therefore we cannot ship or bill to international addresses outside of this area.
WARRANTY
Backyard Pool Products.com warrants that products manufactured and sold by it will confirm to agreed specifications, it will be fit for the uses or applications for which designed and will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty will remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery. Backyard Pool Products.com at its option, will either replace or repair any nonconforming or defected products, provided Backyard Pool Products.com is given written notice of and an opportunity to inspect the nonconforming or defective products within thirty (30) days after the discovery of the nonconformity or defect.
This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse, misapplication, or improper repair, or which have been otherwise damaged by the fault or negligence of anyone other than Backyard Pool Products.com.
This warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitations, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Backyard Pool Products.com shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or other damages.
RETURNS
Backyard Pool Products.com stands firmly behind the quality of every product offered on the Web site and accepts returns of any product purchased from the company per the terms provided in the one-year warranty. If a product is defective in material or workmanship, Backyard Pool Products.com will replace it at no charge.
Call 440.998.5635 for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). This is required to return any defective product for tracking and billing purposes and fraud prevention. Any product received which does not have an RMA number cannot be accepted.
